How Secure Booking Works
A transparent process is safer than a generic security badge. These checks explain exactly what happens from enquiry to payment and how guests can identify suspicious requests.

1. Your first request is free
The availability form sends an enquiry only. It does not charge a card, reserve dates or create a payment obligation. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to reduce automated spam and abuse.

2. Review before you pay
We first confirm the villa, dates, guest count, total price, currency, included services and cancellation terms in writing. Check that every detail is correct before accepting the offer.
3. Stripe-hosted payment
If you proceed, payment is made on an official Stripe-hosted checkout page opened from the payment link we send. Stripe handles the card entry; full card numbers are not entered on or stored by the PrivaVillas website.
4. Protect yourself from impersonation
- Never send a card number, CVC, password or verification code by email, chat or telephone.
- Check the villa, dates, amount and currency on the Stripe page before paying.
- Do not pay an unexpected bank account or cryptocurrency address.
- If a message feels unusual, stop and verify it through privavillas@gmail.com.
5. Confirmation and refunds
A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment and written confirmation. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
